Fashionable TV moms!

In honor of Mother's Day, we'll like to share with you one of our most popular post, seven fashionable TV moms. Some are over-bearing, most are loving, all are nosy and a few just don't get it, however, these TV moms all have one thing in common...you guessed it, style! They have filled our homes with their antics, tears, drama, humor, and of course fashion sense. These fashionable moms range from millionaires to lawyers with a mixture of the glamour, the modern, and the classic.

Laura Petrie, The Dick Van Dyke Show
Laura is a mom from the 60's with a modern and iconic style that was ahead of her time. She wore classic cuts such as A-line skirts and dresses and often wore cigarette pants, which became a big trend. Mary Tyler Moore, the actress who played Laura said, "'Women don't wear full-skirted dresses to vacuum in."

Clair Huxtable, The Cosby Show
The successful lawyer and mother of five kept it real with her attitude and style. Her closet was filled with bold colors, big shoulders and belts, statement jewelry, cocktail dresses, over-sized sweaters all of which represented her strong personality at home and in the courtroom.

Lucy Ricardo, I Love Lucy
This quirky mom with a personality and style to match is probably the funniest TV mom. Her red hair is part of her signature look as well as her head scarves and gingham patterned dresses that had just the right amount of feminine touch.

Gloria Delgado-Pritchett, Modern Family
This stay-at-home mom doesn't shy away from her voluptuous figure. She wouldn't be caught in sweats or mom jeans, but body hugging jeans, pencil skirts, cleavage bearing tops and an assortment of colorful dresses.

Charlotte York Goldenblatt, Sex and the City
Charlotte has a love conquers all attitude and embodies the prim, pretty, and proper style. She wears bold colors and was rarely seen wearing jeans or pants. She showed off her shape with classic accessories like belts and strutted the streets of Manhattan with style and grace.
Betty Draper, Mad Men
This is one of the television shows that has shaped the fashion zeitgeist and has had a huge influence on the runway. Betty's style is reminiscent of  the 1960's glam era. She completes her look with dainty accessories like gloves and pearls.

Lily Van Der Woodsen, Gossip Girl
Lily's life is filled with drama and so is her closet. Her style consist of designer bags and designer dresses. This upper East side mom attends the most elite parties in Manhattan draped in nothing but the best.
