The Kissing C!

Fashion houses and high street brands all have something to differentiate themselves when seen in a Vogue magazine ad, a billboard in time square, on a sweet smelling perfume bottle, or stamped on a cute satchel bag... it's logo. They can be simplistic, iconic, and inspirational. These logos are appealing and make a statement about the brand and the people who wear them.

Wide range of fashion logos

The House of Chanel, founded by French legendary designer Coco Chanel, is probably the most recognized logo in the fashion industry. The bold interlocking double C, facing away from each other, is synonymous with elegance, wealth, style, and even elitism. It has definitely stood the test of time.

Where exactly did this iconic logo come from? It is said that the inspiration came from the stained glass windows in an Aubazine chapel which featured intricate loops and curves. This is more proof that inspiration can be found anywhere, love it!

The Chanel logo used in unconventional ways:

Have Chanel and eat it too!

Walking on Chanel and in the home.

Get moving with Chanel

We hope you had a great weekend! Happy Monday.

  1. I think the interlocking Cs is probably one of the most recognizable fashion logos out there! Now if only I could afford it :)
